Our idea behind the gelato at Stellina was born next door, at Sorella.  It’s basically a cross breed of funky chunky American ice cream, and traditional Italian Gelato.  We show love to smooth flavors also, especially our favorites.  We have a lot of fun creating new gelato flavors, and hope you have as much fun eating ‘em!
